I have some problems to sort out

I hear the Angel Daniel

Is coming for a visit.

Grandma says this is good news

But, I have to wonder, is it?

An Angel doesn't make bad spells

Nor propagate foul deeds.

He sets a good example

And pulls up garden weeds.

But will he make us better?

Or help us with our chores?

Will he help us with piano

So we all earn loud applause?

How do we entertain him?

Will he need a bed to sleep in?

And when he writes his angel book,

Will he let us peep in?

I hope he will not take too long

To check our best endeavours,

Nor give us all a bad report

Or meddle with our weathers.

Perhaps he'll come in dead of night

When we are fast asleep

And give us all a good report.

Not one to make us weep.

Angels on parade I am here to preserve peace We are here to fight wickedness
